An overall site plan for Battery Logan will be developed to identify maintenance needs and to implement the appropriate corrective measures and maintenance practices. Protection action will be taken to apply measures to defend and guard the Battery from further deterioration. The preservation goal is to sustain the Battery structure in its’ existing form, but some modifications will be necessary to ensure public safety. The removal of invasive shrubs, some trees and debris will be required for accessibility.
